Resident portal

For people who rent a home from Texas One Holdings LLC and use www.texasoneholdings.com to request repairs.

What we collect

We don't collect payment details here. Rent is billed and paid through QuickBooks, under Intuit's own privacy policy.

Signing in

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Cloudflare, our website host, sends that code and sets a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in for up to a month. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other sites.

How we use it

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Where it's kept

Requests and photos are stored in the company's private Google Workspace account. The website runs on Cloudflare. Everything travels over encrypted connections, and only people who work on our rentals can open the records.

How long we keep it

We keep repair records while you rent from us and afterwards for as long as we need them for the home's upkeep, our records, or the law. You can ask for a copy of your requests, ask us to correct something, or, once you've moved out, ask us to delete what we're not required to keep. We'll answer within 30 days.

Children

The portal is for adult residents named on a lease. It isn't meant for children.

QuickBooks connection

Texas One Holdings Ledger Sync · Effective October 3, 2026

What this is

Texas One Holdings Ledger Sync is a private, internal application built and operated by Texas One Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”) for use with our own QuickBooks Online company file only. It is not offered to the public, and it has no customers or users other than the owner and authorized operators of the company.

What it accesses

After the company’s QuickBooks administrator approves the connection through Intuit’s standard sign-in, the application is granted the QuickBooks Online Accounting scope and uses it only to read the company’s own books: expense transactions (purchases, bills and bill payments), vendors, the chart of accounts, and rent invoices and payments. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in QuickBooks. It does not see or store bank-login or payment-card credentials, and it does not process payments.

How we use it

Only to keep the company’s internal books and dashboards accurate: categorizing expenses by property, flagging uncategorized items, and matching rent receipts. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or give this data to anyone. We disclose it only if the law requires it. The back-office services and private backups named above run under the company’s own accounts.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep the synced copy while the connection is active, so the books have a history. Disconnecting ends our access immediately (see below). On request we will delete the synced copy and stored tokens within 30 days.

Disconnecting

A QuickBooks administrator can end access at any time in QuickBooks Online under Apps → My apps, by selecting Texas One Holdings Ledger Sync and choosing Disconnect. See also what happens after you disconnect.

Security incidents

If we learn of unauthorized access to this data, we will notify Intuit and anyone affected as the law requires.
