Emergencies

The portal is not an emergency line. For flooding, a gas smell, sparking wiring, or no heat or AC in extreme weather, call your property manager at the number shown in the portal and on your lease. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Who may use it

Repair requests

Acceptable use

Use the portal only for your own home's requests. Don't try to see other residents' information, interfere with the site, or send anything unlawful or abusive. We may suspend access that's misused.

Availability

We work to keep the portal running but can't promise it always will be. If it's down, email operations@texasoneholdings.com, or call your property manager for anything urgent. We may change or retire the portal; your lease isn't affected.

How we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.

QuickBooks connection

Texas One Holdings Ledger Sync · Effective October 3, 2026

1. Scope

Texas One Holdings Ledger Sync (the “App”) is a private tool that Texas One Holdings LLC (“we”) built for its own bookkeeping. It is not a product or service offered to anyone else. These terms apply to the owner and authorized operators of the company and to anyone who connects their QuickBooks company file to the App.

2. What the App does

With the QuickBooks administrator’s approval, the App reads the company’s QuickBooks Online data (read-only) to produce internal reports and dashboards. It does not change data in QuickBooks. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Authorization and use

Only a QuickBooks administrator of the connected company may authorize the connection, and may end it at any time in QuickBooks under Apps → My apps. The App may be used only for the connected company’s own internal accounting and property-management purposes, and must not be used to access anyone else’s data.

4. Intuit’s terms

QuickBooks Online and the Intuit developer platform are provided by Intuit Inc. and remain subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies, which also apply to this connection.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is a reporting aid, not accounting, tax or legal advice; the company’s QuickBooks file and its professional advisors remain the source of record.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Texas One Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for it, which is zero.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or retire the App at any time; updates are posted here with a new effective date. Disconnecting in QuickBooks ends the App’s access immediately.
